1. Definitions

System: The online platform for managing appointments, providing price offers, managing staff and resources, and organizing bookings between customers and providers.
Client: The user who books services or requests price offers via the system.
Provider: The entity or individual offering services through the system and possessing full permissions to manage staff, reception, services, resources, availability, and exceptions.
Employee: A sub-user managed by the provider, who has specific permissions to manage only their services and appointments.
Reception: A sub-user managed by the provider, specialized in managing bookings, scheduling appointments, and receiving customers.
Booking: The process of setting an appointment for a particular service between the client and the provider within the system.


2. Registration and account use

- All users must provide accurate and correct information at registration.
- The system reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account used illegally or in violation of these terms.
- Creating fake accounts or using others' accounts without explicit permission is prohibited.
- The user is fully responsible for protecting their login credentials and account usage.


3. Provider permissions and management

The provider has full permissions to manage their account and operations within the system, including:

  • Employees: Adding, editing, or deleting their subordinate users.
  • Reception: Assigning staff to manage bookings and receive customers.
  • Services: Adding services, editing prices, setting durations and availability.
  • Exceptions: Setting holidays, downtime, and specific availability updates.


4. Employee and reception permissions

- The employee manages only their services and appointments without modifying data related to other providers or employees.
- The reception is responsible for managing bookings (confirming, editing, cancelling) within the granted permissions.
- No employee or reception may modify service data or accounts without the provider's permission.
- All parties must use the system in a manner that serves the business interest and preserves confidentiality.


5. Appointments and price offers

- Bookings are made through the system according to the availability of services and staff.
- A client may request a price offer; the provider submits financial offers, and upon the client's approval the request converts into an actual booking.
- The client must attend the scheduled appointments, and the provider must perform the service as agreed.
- The system does not guarantee continuous availability or service execution if one party is late or breaches the agreement.


6. Parties obligations

6.1 Client

- Provide correct information and pay any due fees on time.
- Treat providers and staff with respect.

6.2 Provider

- Manage resources, staff, and services in an organized and accurate manner.
- Perform services as agreed.
- Keep service information updated continuously.

6.3 Employee and reception

- Adhere to assigned permissions and use the system in a way that serves the business interest.


7. Payments and subscriptions

- The system grants all new providers a one-month free trial period starting from the date of initial registration.

After the trial period ends, the provider must choose one of the paid plans and renew the subscription only via the payment gateways approved inside the system shown in the payment addition interface.

Any payment made outside the system or via unapproved means (such as direct bank transfer or sending via social media or manual deposit without documentation inside the system) is considered invalid and not recognized and will not result in any activation or subscription.

No proof of payment is accepted unless it is uploaded inside the system through the official payment upload interface, in the required format and form only.

Each proof of payment is subject to manual review by the system team within a maximum period of two working days, during which a temporary activation may be made pending final verification.

Upon approval of the payment, the subscription will be fully activated according to the chosen plan, and in case of rejection the service will be suspended until payment completion or correction.

The system is not responsible for payments outside the system or delays in uploading proof of payment or for any loss or error resulting from a financial transfer that was not documented in the official way.

Uploading proof of payment inside the system constitutes a legal acknowledgment by the provider of the correctness of the amount and source, and is used as the main reference in any financial dispute.


8. Payment, refund policy and dispute handling

- All payments are made via the payment gateways approved within the system only.
- The attached proof of payment within the system is the main reference for confirming the payment.
- Payments are non-refundable after activation.
- When filing a dispute or refund request (Chargeback), the system may suspend the subscription until the dispute is resolved.
- The user bears any transfer or refund fees charged by financial parties.


9. Taxes and fees

- The user is responsible for taxes or fees related to using the system.
- The system may add VAT or any other legal fees according to applicable laws.


10. Limitation of liability

- The system acts as a technical intermediary and is not responsible for the quality or execution of services by providers.
- The system is not liable for any financial or moral losses or consequential damages arising from use.
- The system does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absence of technical faults.
- Use of the system is entirely at the user's own risk.


11. Data protection and privacy

- The system is committed to protecting users' privacy and not sharing their data with any party except as required by law.
- The system may use data for analytical or operational purposes without revealing individuals' identities.
- Providers commit to notifying the system within 72 hours in case of a security breach.
- Each party is responsible for entering correct data and keeping it confidential.


12. Intellectual property

- All rights to the software, designs, texts, and logos are reserved to the system.
- Copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing is prohibited without prior written permission.
- The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights in the system or its content except by written permission from the management.
- The system may use content uploaded by users for operational purposes only.


13. Operations, maintenance and backups

- The system performs periodic maintenance and notifies users in advance whenever possible.
- The system does not guarantee the absence of temporary interruptions.
- Users are advised to keep backups of their data to avoid any potential loss.


14. Termination and suspension

- The system may suspend or cancel the account immediately in case of misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
- Upon termination, the system may delete data without an obligation to restore it.
- The user may appeal within 14 days from the date of notification.


15. Dispute resolution and governing law

- These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the system is headquartered.
- Disputes shall be amicably resolved within 30 days from the date of notification.
- If amicable resolution fails, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court for adjudication.
- All complaints must be submitted in writing with supporting documents.


16. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify the system for any claim, loss, or damage resulting from breach of these terms or misuse of the platform or violation of laws.


17. Changes to the terms

- The system reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to users.
- Continued use of the system after modification indicates the user's acceptance of the new terms.
- The latest version of the terms will be published on the system's official terms and conditions page.


18. Technical support and contact

- The system provides official support channels via email and the contact form inside the platform.
- No communication outside the official channels is considered valid.
- The system team commits to responding to inquiries and complaints within a reasonable time.
